Gabrielle Lewine, PhD
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST PSY 32483
Gabrielle Lewine is a clinical psychologist with years of experience working with clients who are diverse in terms of their identities and their struggles. Dr. Lewine sees therapy as a space for honest exploration of who we are, what is most important to us, and what is holding us back from living a more fulfilling life. She sees her role as someone who will listen carefully and compassionately so that, with you, she can help identify patterns, especially ones that may not be serving you anymore. She firmly believes that awareness of these patterns is half the battle. Using a creative and collaborative approach, Dr. Lewine helps clients make changes in how they relate to themselves and how they cope with problems in life.
Dr. Lewine specializes in evidence-based treatment and has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy. She also has experience in psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches. She provides individual, couple, and group therapy. Throughout her work, she flexibly integrates the above approaches on a moment-by-moment and session-by-session basis to meet clients where they are and help them grow.
She often hears from my clients: “I wish I had reached out sooner but I didn’t know how to ask for help.” Whatever it is you may be struggling with, it’s not a burden you have to carry alone. Dr. Lewine would welcome the opportunity to help you on your journey to becoming your future self.
