What is Psychodynamic Therapy?
Psychodynamic therapy reflects a more holistic, insight-oriented approach to treatment to understand one’s life patterns as well as the connection between the past, present, and future. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on helping you uncover pieces of your life that may be unconscious, patterns that have been unrecognized, and puzzle pieces that have not yet been pieced together.
