Comprehensive Support Without Leaving Your Daily Life

When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone.
COPE Psychological Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based mental health treatment for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and other mental health challenges.
Our program offers more support than traditional weekly therapy while allowing you to continue living at home, maintaining relationships, and participating in work, school, or other responsibilities whenever possible.

What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a higher level of care designed for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require hospitalization or residential treatment.

Our program combines:

  • Group Therapy
  • Individual Therapy
  • Skills training
  • Psychiatric support and medication management (when appropriate)
  • Treatment planning and care coordination
Participants attend multiple therapy sessions each week while building practical skills to create lasting change in their daily lives.
